Primary Role:
As a Senior Business Architect, you will be the principal functional decision maker and functional consultant on your projects. Drawing from your experience in ERP software delivery and the leasing industry, you will engage with the client to define the business and technical vision for their software implementation.

You’ll be collaborating with and providing guidance to Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts working on the project, and work alongside workstream leads including Migration Leads, Development Leads, Project Managers and more.

Most importantly, you’ll be a key member of the larger organization which will enable you to speak your mind and facilitate your growth and success.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrating the value of our technology and driving customer adoption
  • Engaging with our customers to understand their business, project objectives, and constraints to best inform joint project decision making
  • Coordinating with Project Manager on project deliverables (planning & tracking) and mitigating project risks
  • Driving project functional scope and coordination between offices
  • Leading Accounting-based conversations with the client
  • Mentoring Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts
  • Contributing to delivery best practices
Job Requirement
Required:
  • At least 5 years of experience designing and/or implementing financial software systems through the full project lifecycle from discovery/scoping through go-live as a Lead Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
  • Experience influencing key client business decisions
  • Familiarity working on multi-year projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and across multiple geographical locations and cultures
  • Ability to gather and write complete, concise and error-free requirements and/or user stories
  • Expertise in producing and reviewing client-facing design documentation
  • Strong Communication and Documentation skills
  • Working understanding of the data migration process
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics Computer Science or related fields.
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% quarterly
Desired:
  • Equipment Leasing/Asset Finance Experience
  • Ability to make design recommendations based on an understanding of technology and business principles
  • Ability to engage in accounting-intensive discussions with clients
  • Ability to resolve/diffuse conflict and be comfortable in tense situations
  • Desire to improve quality of both client-facing and internal documentation
  • Philadelphia area is preferred but not required
